Property Owners... Marketing and Guest Services! We will write, photograph, and list your property. Ensuring as many views and clicks to your listing as possible. We answer all guest inquiries from booking to departure and everything in-between. MHP follows up on all guest reviews.

Rules and Regulations are constantly changing and evolving. MHP consultative services ensure that local city and county standards are being followed including taxes, licensing and insurance.

What is a Host Concierge and how do I benefit as a guest?

Every guest stay will be assigned a dedicated Host Concierge at MHP. Your Host Concierge takes care of all the details. Coordinates the booking, arrival, and assists guests for needs or questions during their stay. They are dedicated in providing a welcoming arrival and pleasant stays.

What is the Magnolia-Home Concierge Program?

We want to go the extra mile in taking care of our guests and clients. Yes, we will stock the fridge, help plan your nightly activities, and coordinate that excursion to Ship Island! Simply let us know what you need or allow us to assist in planning your best vacation.

As a Property Owner, will Magnolia-Home find guests for my property?

Yes, MHP will handle everything from taking photos and listing your property, to qualifying guest inquiries, to confirming their reservation.

How much will my property lease for?

This is determined upon a number of factors and market activity. Each property undergoes a complete review and assessment. Property owners certainly make the final call while MHP provides the recommendation.

Who handles maintenance calls?

We do! We are on-call 24 hours a day, so your guests will never have to wait to hear back and get any issues rectified.

As a Property Manager, will Magnolia-Home keep close tabs on my property? What about when a storm approaches?

Have peace of mind! We live here and as your property manager, we will assist in preparing and planning for a storm. Live out of town, we will also do a complete check on your property immediately following and report back.
